M+ house is a 180 m² single family home, located in a 212 m² plot in Mora, a village at Spain´s centre. The client came to our studio with a clear idea from the beginning, they wanted to live in a house where all the rooms could enjoy a patio (weather is very sunny on this area). This nice idea came with some problems, because it was no possible to locate all the program in one level

program in one level around an open space (parking must be on ground floor) so we decided to move all the living spaces and the patio to the first level. With this move we generated also a big meeting space on ground floor for the large client family. Materials are not expensive and easy to work with. |
