In one of the most exclusive residential area of the Peruvian capital, Los Cerros de Camacho, across from golf course, 8 new blocks of luxury housing are proposed, each including 4 lofts, one per store. A total built up area of 19.125 m² (19,000 sqft) is develo-ped in a very steep terrain with a plot of limited dimensions. Said conditions are resolved by
means of the organization in section so that there is an outside view at the lofts from 3 of their facades. The other closed façade accomplishes privacy blocking the view of the very nearby loft. Each apartment opens to the opposite side on each floor, generating an expressive zigzag appearance of the whole massing.
