The project consist of 14904 m2, spread in 15 buildings with residential and cultural mix use, 6 floor high each one. It is located in front of a runway from the Second World War that the city is trying to recycle. All the project is design under sustainability principles. How a building can adapt itself for the changes in the future without turning it down and building again? How a building can

 
reduce to the maximum its CO2 emission during the construction process? Also making the building able to produce its own energy. Building´s Plans are very flexible and always combines common spaces with housing for the inhabitants interaction.
